Enrollment Agreement

What This Agreement Is

This Enrollment Agreement sets out what a learner and purchaser agree to when enrolling in one of the programs below with Tandem Coaching Academy, the coach education division of Tandem Coaching Partners, LLC (“Tandem”). Enrollment takes place when the purchaser completes Tandem’s checkout and accepts the terms, or signs an Order Confirmation.

The agreement consists of these documents, in the versions accepted at purchase. Tandem saves them with each order.

This document summarizes them. If it differs from them, they control.

The Parties

• Tandem Coaching Partners, LLC (Tandem Coaching Academy), 104 E Ovilla Rd, Red Oak, TX 75154-1278; hello@tandemcoach.co; 1-855-51-COACH.
• The purchaser, who pays, and the learner, who takes part. They may be the same person or, for example, an employer and an employee.

Programs

ICF Level 1 Program: Associate Certified Coach (ACC) path

• Accreditation: International Coaching Federation (ICF) Level 1.
• Hours: 89 approved hours, at least half delivered live.
• Format: live online classes in cohorts, self-paced lessons in Tandem’s learning platform, mentor coaching, and five group coaching supervision sessions, in English.
• Prerequisites: none.
• Tuition: $3,999 for the full program, which includes mentor coaching and the five group coaching supervision sessions. The four modules can also be bought individually at $399 each; mentor coaching and supervision are then bought separately.
• Group coaching supervision is required. The five group coaching supervision sessions are part of completing the program on both buying routes. A learner who buys the modules individually also buys the ACC Group Coaching Supervision package ($699), which provides the five sessions.

ICF Level 2 Program (for learners with Level 1 training)

• Accreditation: ICF Level 2, listed by ICF as Elevate Coaching. It completes a 162-hour Level 2 education, counting the learner’s Level 1 training; 75 of the 162 hours are accredited by ICF for team coaching.
• Format: live online classes in cohorts, self-paced lessons, group and individual mentor coaching, and supervision, in English.
• Prerequisites: Tandem’s Level 1 program, or at least 60 hours of Level 1 training from another ICF-accredited provider, validated before enrollment under the Transfer of Credit Policy.
• Tuition: $3,999 for the full program, or $399 per module.

Professional Coach Program (Level 1 and Level 2 together)

• Accreditation: ICF Level 2, including Tandem’s Level 1 program. 162 approved hours, 75 of them accredited by ICF for team coaching.
• Format and prerequisites: as for the two programs above; no prior training is required.
• Tuition: $7,499.

Team Coaching Program (ACTC path)

• Accreditation: ICF Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching. 75 approved hours.
• Format: live online modules taken in any order, observed team coaching practice with feedback, and coaching supervision, in English.
• Tuition: $2,499 for the full program, or $399 per module.

Current prices for every offering, including payment plans and separately sold mentor coaching and supervision, are shown on each program’s page at tandemcoach.co and in Tandem’s Tuition and Fees Schedule. The price on the Order Confirmation applies.

Schedule

Each program runs in cohorts. The dates of the learner’s cohort are shown at enrollment and on the program page. Tandem may change a class date or substitute a qualified instructor as the Additional Terms and Conditions describe.

Payment

Tuition is due at enrollment unless the Order Confirmation sets a payment plan or invoice terms. If a payment is more than five calendar days late, Tandem may pause the learner’s access until the account is current. Tandem issues certificates and documents for an ICF application only after the full price is paid. A surcharge may apply to credit card payments. The payment rules in the Additional Terms and Conditions have the details.

Withdrawal and Refunds

Refunds follow the Refund Policy, which is part of the Additional Terms and Conditions. In summary, for a live program:

• Withdrawal 15 or more Business Days before Program Start: amounts paid are refunded, less third-party payment-processing charges that are not returned to Tandem. No deduction applies to a payment that included a credit card surcharge.
• Withdrawal fewer than 15 Business Days before Program Start: Tandem keeps 20% of the total tuition from amounts already paid, refunds any amount paid above that, and cancels unpaid installments.
• After Program Start: no voluntary refund; unpaid future installments are cancelled.
• If Tandem cancels before Program Start: the purchaser chooses a full refund or a transfer to a comparable offering.

A program sold as one package is one purchase, unless the Order Confirmation prices its parts separately.

Attendance, Completion, and Certificates

Under the Attendance, Completion, and Illness Policy:

• At least half of the hours on a learner’s certificate must be hours the learner attended live.
• The learner completes the observed coaching, mentor coaching, formative evaluation, and other requirements for the program, as published at enrollment. For the ICF Level 1 Program these include the five group coaching supervision sessions, whether the learner enrolled in the full program or bought the modules individually.
• Missed sessions can be made up with a later cohort at no additional tuition, within 24 months of Program Start.
• Work not finished within the 24 months requires a new enrollment at the price then in effect.

Tandem issues a certificate of completion when every requirement is met and the full price is paid. ICF, not Tandem, decides whether a learner receives an ICF credential.

Other Policies That Apply

The learner’s enrollment is also covered by Tandem’s Complaint and Grievance Policy, Non-Discrimination and Inclusion Statement, Transfer of Credit Policy, Records Retention Policy, Business Closure and Teach-Out Policy, Community Guidelines, and Privacy Policy, all published at tandemcoach.co and linked from the Additional Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance

By completing checkout or signing an Order Confirmation, the purchaser accepts these terms. By taking part, the learner agrees to follow the Additional Terms and Conditions and the Community Guidelines.
