What I do to help them
  • Supported managers in positioning themselves in the context of change; analyzed impacts and identified stakeholders within Agile and Lean transformations; conducted surveys, assessments, and dashboards; and prepared implementation plans.
  • Established the foundations of change management within Lean-Agile engagements and developed training plans to build coaching capability to strengthen the coaching service.
  • Coached and trained the entire program involving 400+ participants, based on scaled agility and SAFe best practices.
  • Designed and deployed a key competency development pathway, in close collaboration with the Delivery Management Vice-Presidency and the Project Management Office, to strengthen the collective behavioral maturity of the Desjardins organization. Targeted competencies include effective communication, navigating uncertainty, conflict management, and others.
  • Led the high-visibility strategic initiative "Compliance in Scaled Agility," a major and critical initiative within the Desjardins security portfolio.
  • Developed dashboards to connect strategy with execution and support sound decision-making.
  • Led the preparation and implementation of Lean-Agile deployment plans that impacted more than 500 employees.
  • Delivered conferences that impacted a community of 400+ Product Owners and Scrum Masters at Desjardins.
  • Actively participated in the definition of the SAFe reference framework at Desjardins, consulted by more than 50,000 employees.
