ICF Level 2 Coach Training Program – the PCC Path, From Scratch or From Level 1
Tandem’s ICF Level 2 program, listed by ICF as Elevate Coaching: 162 approved hours, 75 of them accredited for team coaching (AATC), plus mentoring, supervision and exam prep. ICF awards the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) separately.
New to coach training? This complete program covers all 162 hours for $7,499. Already completed ACC-level training? ICF PCC Coach Training (Level 2 bridge) finishes the same certificate for $3,999.
With Cherie Silas, MCC, Alex Kudinov, MCC & team
You Know You Want PCC - But the Path Feels Fragmented
You’ve decided coaching is your career. Not a side interest - a real commitment. You want PCC-level credentialing, maybe even ACTC for team coaching. But every program you find only covers one piece.
One program gives you ACC. Another gets you from ACC to PCC. A third covers team coaching. Three enrollments, three schedules, three payment plans - and no guarantee the pieces actually fit together. You end up coordinating between programs, repeating prerequisite content, and spending months figuring out what comes next instead of developing your coaching skills.
Maybe you’re also wondering whether the investment is worth it. Buying ACC and PCC training separately costs more and takes longer. And you still have to find a team coaching certification on top of that.
That’s exactly why we built the Professional Coach Program. One enrollment, one integrated curriculum, one price. You start with foundational coaching, advance through systems and team coaching, and finish with one certificate carrying the ICF Level 2 and AATC seals – all guided by Master Certified Coaches who have been there.
What Makes This Program Different
The Professional Coach Program is designed for people who want PCC-level coaching ability - not just the credential.
MCC-Led Throughout
Cherie Silas and Alex Kudinov - both Master Certified Coaches - lead your training alongside a team of PCC-credentialed instructors. You learn from coaches who actively coach Fortune 500 leaders.
Two ICF Accreditations, One Enrollment
The complete ICF Level 2 accredited curriculum, carrying both the Level 2 and AATC accreditations, in one integrated program. No re-enrollments, no coordinating between programs. $7,499 – saving $499 versus enrolling in the Level 1 and Level 2 Bridge stages separately.
Individual + Systems Coaching
Phase 1 builds your 1-on-1 coaching foundation. Phase 2 adds systems thinking and team coaching. You graduate able to coach individuals, teams, and organizational dynamics.
Mentoring & Supervision Included
Group mentor coaching, individual mentor coaching, group supervision, and performance evaluation prep are all included. No separate purchases, no add-ons, no surprises.
Flexible Pacing
Start at your own pace with the free Foundations module. Phase 1 runs sequentially through ACC modules. Phase 2 follows with systems coaching on a flexible schedule. Finish in about 12 months.
Exam Prep & ICF Application Support
ICF Credentialing Exam prep is built in. When you finish, you get your Tandem graduation certificate, documentation of your accredited hours, and guidance on applying to ICF.
Is the Professional Coach Program Right for You?
This program is designed for people who know coaching is their path and want to reach PCC level without the piecemeal approach.
New to Coaching
You’re starting from scratch and want to go all the way to PCC. Instead of enrolling in one program now and figuring out the next step later, you lock in the complete path upfront.
Career Changers
You’re transitioning into coaching from leadership, HR, consulting, or a related field. You want the fastest credible path to PCC-level credentials that qualifies you for professional coaching roles.
Leaders Adding Credentials
You already use coaching skills in your leadership role and want formal ICF credentials to coach executives, teams, or lead coaching initiatives inside your organization.
Getting to PCC With Tandem: From Zero or From Your ACC
Starting from zero: the Professional Coach Program is Tandem’s complete ICF Level 2 program in one enrollment for $7,499, with no prior coach training needed. You take four Level 1 core modules, then four systems and team coaching modules: 162 approved hours, 75 of them accredited for team coaching (AATC), with mentor coaching, supervision and exam preparation included. Most students finish in about 12 months, and the single enrollment costs $499 less than buying the two stages separately.
Already have your ACC or Level 1 training: if you completed Tandem’s 89-hour Level 1 program or 60+ hours with another ICF-accredited provider, ICF PCC Coach Training (Level 2 bridge) completes the same Level 2 without repeating Level 1: $3,999 for the full program, or $399 per module. It covers the four systems coaching modules, taken in any order over about 6 months, and the full program includes mentor coaching, supervision and exam preparation.
Both routes end with the same Tandem graduation certificate, carrying the ICF Level 2 and AATC seals. ICF, not Tandem, awards the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential, once you also meet its coaching experience, exam and application requirements.
Choose how you’d like to start.
Professional Coach Program
The complete 162-hour Level 2 curriculum, from foundational coaching through systems and team coaching. Includes mentoring, supervision, and exam preparation.
One enrollment for both phases. Save $499 against buying the two stages separately.

What is included across the two phases?
Verify Tandem’s ICF accreditation. Tandem Coaching Academy’s accredited offering is listed by the International Coaching Federation as Elevate Coaching, an ICF Level 2 program with 162 approved hours. This Professional Coach Program delivers that complete accredited curriculum, 75 hours of which are AATC team coaching hours.
Completing coach education does not itself award an ICF credential. Tandem issues its own graduation certificate, carrying the ICF Level 2 and AATC seals. ICF awards the ACC, PCC and ACTC credentials or certifications after applicants meet its own education, experience, assessment, examination and application requirements.

Phase 1 covers the ICF Level 1 accredited curriculum – the education behind the ACC credential, which ICF awards once you meet its own experience, assessment and application requirements. Because this program runs through to the full Level 2, your graduation certificate is issued at the end of Phase 2 and carries the ICF Level 2 and AATC seals.

Do I need previous coach training?
No. The Professional Coach Program starts with foundational individual coaching and continues into systems and team coaching.
Already completed Level 1 education? Take ICF PCC Coach Training (Level 2 bridge) instead.
What does the starting date cover?
Your selected dates cover the four live sessions in your first ACC module. They are not the completion dates for the entire program. Later modules and Phase 2 have their own schedules.
Is pay as you go the same purchase as the full program?
No. The $7,499 enrollment includes both phases and their bundled support. The $399 option purchases one core module; subsequent modules, mentoring, and supervision are separate purchases.

ICF Level 2 Coach Training, From First Module to Certificate
What is the Professional Coach Program?
The Professional Coach Program is Tandem Coaching Academy’s complete International Coaching Federation (ICF) Level 2 program in one enrollment: the four Level 1 core modules, then the four systems and team coaching modules, 162 approved hours in total. ICF lists it as Elevate Coaching, and 75 of the hours are accredited for team coaching (AATC).
It is built for people without prior coach training who want to reach the Level 2 standard behind the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential – whether you plan to coach executives, run a coaching business, or coach teams.
What Do I Receive, and Who Awards Credentials?
One Tandem Graduation Certificate carrying the ICF Level 2 and AATC seals. Level 2 supersedes Level 1, so there is no separate Level 1 certificate along the way.
ICF, not Tandem, awards credentials. You apply to ICF for the PCC once you meet its coaching experience, mentor coaching, performance evaluation and exam requirements, and for the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) once you also meet its team coaching experience, supervision and exam requirements.
How Does It Compare to Buying Separately?
The same curriculum is sold as two standalone stages: the ACC Level 1 program ($3,999) and ICF PCC Coach Training (Level 2 bridge) ($3,999). Both routes end with the same Level 2 + AATC certificate.
Cost Comparison
One enrollment also means coordinated scheduling and no re-enrollment between the two stages.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about the Professional Coach Program.
What are the prerequisites for this program?
None. The program starts with foundational coaching and builds to Level 2; no prior coach training or coaching experience is required. Already completed Level 1 or 60+ hours of ICF-accredited training? ICF PCC Coach Training (Level 2 bridge) is the shorter route.
How long does the full program take?
Most students finish in about 12 months: the Level 1 stage follows a sequential cohort schedule, then the systems and team coaching stage, whose modules run in any order, takes about 6 more months.
You can start the free Coaching Foundations module today and join the next Module 1 cohort when you’re ready.
What’s included in the $7,499 price?
- All 162 approved Level 2 hours: the four Level 1 core modules, then the four systems and team coaching modules
- Group and individual mentor coaching
- Group coaching supervision
- Performance evaluation preparation
- ICF Credentialing Exam prep
- Tandem coaching community access
- Coaching Tools Plus library access
- Your graduation certificate with the ICF Level 2 and AATC seals, the document ICF reads with your application
The only additional costs are ICF’s own fees (exam fee, application fee, and optional membership), which are paid directly to ICF.
How is this different from enrolling in the two stages separately?
The curriculum is the same. Bought separately, the ACC Level 1 program ($3,999) and ICF PCC Coach Training (Level 2 bridge) ($3,999) total $7,998. This single enrollment is $7,499, saving $499, with coordinated scheduling and no re-enrollment between stages.
I already have ACC-level training. Should I enroll in this or the Level 2 bridge?
The ICF PCC Coach Training (Level 2 bridge) ($3,999). It completes Level 2 from prior Level 1 training – Tandem’s, or 60+ validated hours from another ICF-accredited provider – so you don’t repeat Level 1. This program is for people starting from zero.
Can I start with ACC training only and upgrade later?
Yes. Take the ACC Level 1 program for $3,999, then the Level 2 bridge for another $3,999 ($7,998 in total). Enrolling here from the start saves $499.
Does this program qualify me for the ACTC (team coaching certification)?
It gives you the education. The systems and team coaching stage carries ICF’s AATC accreditation, so your certificate documents the team coaching education the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) requires. ICF awards the ACTC once you also hold an ICF credential and meet its team coaching experience, supervision and exam requirements.
What is the format? Is it online or in-person?
The program is blended - live Zoom sessions combined with self-paced coursework on our learning platform. All live sessions are interactive, not lectures. You practice coaching in breakout rooms with peers and get real-time feedback from instructors.
Who teaches the program?
The program is led by Cherie Silas, MCC and Alex Kudinov, MCC, along with a team of PCC-credentialed instructors. Both Cherie and Alex hold ICF’s highest credential (Master Certified Coach) and actively coach Fortune 500 leaders.
Is there a free trial or way to experience the program first?
Yes. The Coaching Foundations module is completely free - no credit card, no commitment. It covers ICF competencies and ethics and gives you a feel for our teaching style and community before you invest.
Can I verify the program accreditations directly with ICF?
Yes. This complete path draws on Tandem’s separately registered Accelerate Coaching (Level 1), Elevate Coaching (Level 2), and Elevate Coaching - Teams and Enterprises (AATC) records in ICF’s official Education Search Service.
Ready to Start Your Path to PCC?
Three ways to begin. Every option includes MCC-led instruction and our supportive coaching community.
