Tandem’s Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) training costs $2,499 for the full program, or $399 per module. It delivers 75 approved hours of team coaching education, accredited by ICF under its Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching (AATC): four systems coaching modules with live online sessions, taken in any order over 4–6 months (next module start: Oct 6, 2026), with group coaching supervision, recording review and team coaching exam preparation included in the full program.
It is for coaches who already hold an ICF credential, because ICF requires an active ACC, PCC or MCC to apply for the ACTC: PCC holders adding team coaching, ACC holders who want to specialize, and organizational and agile coaches who already work with teams. Tandem issues the AATC program certificate; ICF awards the ACTC once you also meet its team coaching experience (five team coaching engagements), supervision and exam requirements.
