Individual Executive Coaching - Enhanced Communication Skills

Month One

In the first month, we host kickoff sessions, where participants are given a welcome pack and take a 360 assessment. We also offer a review of group results, learning activities, and planning. This builds the foundation for personalized growth and strengthening team cohesion over the next eight months.
