ICF PCC Requirements

To obtain the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) certification with us at Tandem, candidates must fulfill the following criteria and get the below-mentioned support from us:

ICF Requirement: Completion of at least 125 hours of coach-specific training.

Tandem’s Support: At Tandem, we offer  our PCC Elevate Program, ensuring not only that the educational requirement is met but also offering ample opportunities for extensive learning and skill development.

ICF Requirement: A minimum of 500 coaching hours, of which 450 must be paid coaching hours acquired after beginning coach-specific training.

Tandem’s Support: Our program includes four rounds of Reciprocoach, which contribute 24 hours to your coaching experience log and aid you in meeting the extensive experience requirement set by the ICF.

ICF Requirement: At least 10 hours of Mentor Coaching over at least three months, provided by an ICF-credentialed coach at the PCC or MCC level.

Tandem’s Support: At Tandem, we offer mentor coaching, providing access to experienced mentors who can guide you through your development process and ensure compliance with the ICF’s mentorship standards.

By meeting these stringent requirements, you will have the necessary training, experience, and mentorship to achieve PCC certification, establishing yourself as a highly qualified and credible professional in the coaching industry.
