Selected Wellbeing Contexts and Options Review

REFLECTION & DECISION SUPPORT TOOLS

Optional client-owned prompts; use, adapt, reorder, or skip based on context.

Using This Optional Tool

This tool offers optional prompts to review client-chosen wellbeing contexts, observations, preferences, constraints, questions, and options without fixed domains, ratings, balance diagnoses, neglected-area claims, priority rules, or medical, mental-health, financial, legal, spiritual, or relationship advice. Its fields are prompts, not findings, requirements, professional advice, or a complete model of the situation.

Use the client's own words. Separate direct observations and sources from interpretations, assumptions, predictions, and unknowns. Any field can be renamed, reordered, repeated, left blank, revisited, or discarded.

How to Use Selected Wellbeing Contexts and Options Review

  1. Choose one relevant situation or question, or skip the tool.
  2. Use only the prompts that fit the client's goal, language, access needs, consent, privacy, and context.
  3. Record evidence, interpretations, and unknowns separately; no response proves a cause, trait, score, priority, or outcome.
  4. Keep any question, experiment, support, referral, action, or no action optional and client-owned.

Choice and Support Boundary

Optional coaching reflection, not therapy, diagnosis, medical care, a validated assessment, or business, financial, tax, accounting, investment, legal, employment, or relationship advice. Skip, adapt, or stop. Do not infer a cause, condition, trait, motive, truth, score, risk, priority, or required response from an answer, blank, label, difficulty, repetition, or estimate. Preserve privacy, consent, access, culture, power, context, and uncertainty; use qualified or emergency support for unsafe, severe, or out-of-scope concerns.
