Where This Tool Helps

The Wheel of Life is a coaching framework that maps eight core dimensions of a complete life. Most people over-invest in two or three areas while others remain unexamined. This worksheet uses that framework to prompt goal-setting across all eight - not because every area needs equal attention, but because naming what you want in each one makes the trade-offs visible.

When all eight boxes are filled, you can see your priorities clearly. You might find that five of your goals are about work and career while relationship and health goals are sparse. That pattern is information. The worksheet does not tell you what balance should look like - it shows you what balance currently looks like.

How to Use This Worksheet

  1. Work through all eight areas in any order. Do not skip any, even if a box feels less urgent.
  2. In each box, write one or two goals for that area. Keep them specific enough to be actionable.
  3. After completing all eight, read them together and notice where your energy is concentrated.
  4. Identify which one or two areas are most underinvested and consider whether to adjust.
  5. Revisit this worksheet quarterly to track how your priorities shift over time.
