PLANNING & ORGANIZATION TOOLS

Capture commitments across two areas of focus
and track six actions in each.

Where This Tool Helps

Intentions without structure rarely survive contact with a busy schedule. This worksheet gives you two dedicated spaces - each with six numbered slots - to capture your concrete commitments in whatever areas matter most to you right now.

The blank title field at the top of each card is deliberate. This worksheet does not assume what your focus areas are. You might name one card "Health" and the other "Career." You might use it for the current quarter's priorities, or for personal versus professional resolutions. The format adapts to wherever you are in your work or life.

Six items per card is enough to be meaningful without becoming unmanageable. If your list is longer, you are probably trying to change too much at once.

How to Use This Worksheet

  1. Write the name of your first focus area on the title line of the left card.
  2. Write the name of your second focus area on the title line of the right card.
  3. List up to six specific, concrete commitments or actions under each area.
  4. Keep each item short - one line per item. The constraint is useful.
  5. Return to this sheet regularly and mark off items as they become habits.
