ASSESSMENT & DISCOVERY TOOLS
Identify the values that guide your decisions
and define what matters most to you.
Values are not a list of admirable qualities. They are the criteria you use to make decisions, often without realizing it. When a choice feels obviously right or obviously wrong, a value is doing the work. When two options seem equal and you feel stuck, two values are usually in tension.
Understanding your values clearly gives you a more reliable compass than intuition alone. It also explains patterns you may have noticed - why certain environments energize you while others drain you, or why certain trade-offs feel non-negotiable even when they appear costly on paper.
The grid is deliberately broad - different words for similar concepts, and some values that are in genuine tension with each other. If two words feel almost identical to you, choose the one that is more specific to how you actually operate.
