Where This Tool Helps

The challenge for most ADHD executives is not a shortage of calendar tools — it is having too many. Appointments live in one app, project deadlines in another, personal commitments in a third. Nothing is wrong with each system individually. The problem is that none of them gives you the whole month on one surface.

This planner page does one thing: it puts everything in the same field of view. When a month is visible all at once, you can see the weeks that are already dense before committing to more. You can spot a Tuesday that looks light until you realize it follows a Monday with three back-to-back calls. Patterns that are invisible in a digital calendar with its accordion-folded weeks become obvious on paper.

Use it as a master reference alongside whatever digital tools you already have — not a replacement.

How to Use This Planner

  1. Fill in the month and number the days first. Before writing any appointments, populate the date numbers in each cell. This anchors the grid and takes thirty seconds.
  2. Add fixed commitments next. Meetings, travel, medical appointments — anything with a set time. Use the cell space for the commitment name, not a full description.
  3. Mark your priorities for the month below the grid. Five slots. Write the five things that, if done by end of month, would make the month a success. Refer back to these when the week fills up.
  4. Review at the start of each week. Thirty seconds. Look at what is coming and what priorities you have or have not touched yet.
