Most people conduct their reflection in silos - career performance here, relationships there, health somewhere else. The problem with that approach is that the domains are not actually separate. A sustained drop in energy at work is often traceable to something off in sleep, relationships, or a lack of meaningful activity outside the job. The solution appears in a different domain than the symptom.
This worksheet invites a review across eight areas of life at the same time. The purpose is not to optimize all eight simultaneously - that is neither possible nor useful. The purpose is to see the full picture clearly enough to know where your attention is most needed right now, and to notice the connections between areas that are usually examined in isolation.
What is working well? What feels stuck or draining?
How secure and intentional does your financial life feel?
How is your energy, sleep, movement, and overall physical state?
How connected, supported, and present do you feel in key relationships?
Are you being challenged and developing? What are you curious about?
How much time goes to restoration, play, and activities you genuinely enjoy?
Does your daily life connect to something you care about beyond immediate tasks?
How connected do you feel to something beyond your immediate circle?
Before your next session: Looking across all eight areas, which one - if you gave it more attention - would most improve the others? What would that attention actually look like in practice?
