Assessment & Discovery Tools

A snapshot of where you stand across seven dimensions
of personal effectiveness.

Where This Tool Helps

Self-assessments produce the most useful data when you answer quickly, before the analytical mind starts negotiating toward a more comfortable result. These seven scales are designed to capture your first honest read — where you are right now, not where you want to be or where you think you should be.

The dimensions cover a deliberate range: emotional wellbeing, communication style, stress management, time habits, and physical health. Together they show a pattern, and the pattern is usually more informative than any individual scale. A leader who scores confidently on assertiveness and time management but low on calmness and life stressors is carrying a specific kind of tension that a single measure would miss.

The scales are not a diagnosis. They are a starting point for a conversation — one that becomes sharper when you can point to exactly where you placed the mark and say something honest about why.

How to Use This Assessment

  1. Mark each scale within 30 seconds. Your first instinct is the data. Do not move the mark once it is placed.
  2. Work through all seven scales before pausing to reflect on any of them. The full picture is more useful than any individual rating in isolation.
  3. After completing all seven, step back and look at the set. Where are the high marks? Where are the low ones? What does the overall shape tell you?
  4. Bring the completed assessment to your next coaching session. The numbers matter less than what you notice when you explain where you placed each mark.

Before Your Next Session

Look at the completed assessment as a whole before your next coaching conversation. These questions are designed to surface what the pattern reveals.

Which scale was hardest to mark honestly? What made it difficult?

Look at your highest and lowest ratings together. What does the gap between them tell you about where your energy is currently going?
