The GROW model — Goal, Reality, Options, Will — is the most widely used framework in coaching because it reflects how productive thinking actually works. You can't evaluate options without knowing your current reality. You can't commit to action without having generated real alternatives. The sequence matters: each step builds on what came before.
Used between sessions, this worksheet gives you a structured way to work a topic yourself — to clarify what you want, honestly assess where you are, open up the possible, and make a concrete commitment. It also serves as preparation for the next coaching conversation, surfacing the thinking you've already done so the session can go further.
