Reflection & Journaling Tools

Record completed goals, capture how you felt,
and mark each one done.

Where This Tool Helps

Acknowledging what you have already accomplished is not a minor step in a coaching process - it is often the most underused one. People who struggle with confidence, motivation, or next steps frequently have a longer record of achievement than they give themselves credit for. Making that record visible changes the internal conversation.

This worksheet creates a permanent log of goals you have completed. The "My Feelings" column matters as much as the goal itself. How you felt when you completed something tells you something important about what kind of success actually resonates with you - and that information is worth carrying forward into the goals you set next.

How to Use This Worksheet

  1. Write each completed goal in the "My Goals" column. These can be from any period - recent or distant.
  2. In "My Feelings," write one word or a short phrase describing how you felt when you completed it.
  3. Circle or check the "Done" column for each row you fill in.
  4. Review this list at the start of a new goal cycle, or when motivation is low.
  5. Return to add new entries as more goals are completed.
