COMMUNICATION & RELATIONSHIPS TOOLS
Identify the people who inspire, challenge, and support you - and map your network intentionally.
Most people accumulate their support network by accident. The people who end up playing key roles - mentors, thought partners, accountability partners, encouragers - often got there through proximity rather than intention. This worksheet asks you to step back and look at who is actually in your circle, and whether that matches who you need.
The "dream team" concept is not about perfection. It is about intentionality. A strong support network for a leader typically includes people who see your blind spots, people who have done what you want to do, people who will tell you uncomfortable truths, and people who genuinely believe in you. Most networks are heavy in one or two of those categories and thin in the others.
The steps below help you map what exists and notice what is missing.
Who inspires you? Who encourages you? Who can you learn from?
We help leaders at every level develop the clarity, capability, and confidence to do their best work.
