REFLECTION & JOURNALING TOOLS
Map what you have already created and
what you are actively working toward.
This tool asks a deceptively simple question: what have you attracted into your life, and what do you want next? The left column is often more revealing than the right one. Most clients can generate a long list of desired outcomes. Fewer stop to catalogue what is already present - the relationships, circumstances, and capabilities they have built without necessarily recognizing them as chosen.
The exercise creates contrast. When the two columns sit next to each other, the gap between them becomes visible and specific. That specificity is what makes the wish list actionable rather than aspirational.
Fill the left column before the right one. The steps below explain why the order matters.
