ADHD Executive Function Tools
Track every recurring payment across the year —
one page, visible at a glance.
Missed bills are rarely about carelessness. For most people with ADHD, the problem is that a payment that isn't happening right now doesn't feel real until it's overdue. The mental list of what's due and when exists somewhere, but it lives in working memory — and working memory is exactly what ADHD disrupts. By the time the due date is visible on the calendar, the window to act has already passed.
This tracker separates the two tasks that usually get collapsed into one: knowing what you owe, and confirming you've paid it. The bill list on the left captures the recurring obligations — amount, due date — once at the start of the year. The monthly grid on the right is where you close the loop, checking off each payment as it clears. Both halves are visible at once, which makes it harder for a bill to disappear between the cracks.
