90-Day
Life Plan

PLANNING & ORGANIZATION TOOLS

A structured planning tool for translating your long-term vision
into focused monthly milestones and weekly actions.

Why 90 Days Works

Annual planning tends to collapse by February. The timeframe is too long to feel urgent, the goals too abstract to act on today, and the gap between "where I am" and "where I want to be in a year" too wide to bridge without a map. Ninety days solves all three problems.

Three months is long enough to make meaningful progress on something that matters and short enough that next month's actions are visible from where you stand now. It creates natural rhythm: one quarter of focused effort, then a deliberate reset to assess, adjust, and plan the next sprint of your life.

Vision Needs a Deadline

A goal without a timeframe is a wish. Ninety days gives your vision a boundary that makes prioritization possible. Not everything can happen this quarter, so you must choose what matters most right now.

Monthly Milestones Bridge the Gap

The space between today and a 90-day outcome is too wide to cross in one step. Breaking the journey into three monthly checkpoints turns a distant destination into a series of near-term targets.

Weekly Actions Build the Bridge

Monthly milestones only move if you do something each week. Identifying your weekly non-negotiables anchors the plan to your actual schedule instead of leaving it on paper.

Review Is Built Into the Design

A 90-day plan without a scheduled review is just a document. The review session at the end of each month is where the plan earns its value: you see what is working, what is not, and what needs to change.

How to Use This Planner

  1. Start with your vision statement. Write one to two sentences about what you want your life to look like in 90 days. Be specific enough that you would recognize it if you arrived there.
  2. Choose two or three focus areas. Life coaching works best when energy is concentrated. Resist the urge to plan every area at once. Pick the areas with the most leverage for where you are right now.
  3. Set monthly milestones for each area. What does progress look like at the 30-day mark? The 60-day mark? The 90-day mark? Write it as an outcome, not an activity.
  4. Identify weekly non-negotiables. Choose two or three actions you will protect each week regardless of what else comes up. These are your plan's foundation.
  5. Schedule your monthly review. Put it in your calendar before you close this planner. A review that is not scheduled will not happen.
